Try to stay awake until the sun goes down, then you may sleep.

Try to avoid napping. Drink some water and maybe do some light exercising to stay awake.

After you have managed to sleep in the evenings/nights, then you should try to sleep at roughly the same time, to avoid slipping back into a bad rhythm.
