Yes there are confirmed reinfection in China, the US, and india. Studies are suggesting that you get antibodies for the specific strain but you may still be vulnerable to another strain. Everything is still a little in the air tho because scientist are learning as they go to tackle this pandemic

Yes! Current research shows that your Covid antibodies stay active for about 3 months, after which you can get re-infected. Severity of re-infection differs from person to person.
