Eat 500 fewer calories than burned in a day on average for 2 months. You'll lose at least 15 lbs that way.
Eat less food. Seriously, you can't outrun your fork. Calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight. Working out just marginally increases the number of calories you can eat without gaining weight, the catch is that working out increases your appetite disproportionately.
