I can tell you that in the past 2 days (after posting to reddit), the site has gotten more than 27.000 page views and over 7000 users, which is mind blowing to me.
Suggestion: Add a timeout after every question sent. Add a sort by most answered/viewed/least answered.
I will look into that. A major update is coming later this year, as this model isn't scalable. Thanks for the feedback!
