Maybe by exercising and taking antidepressants. It's hard to start training, but if you ever have the energy to do so, I'd highly recommend it. Sometimes it helps waking up earlier as well, as you don't feel like you've wasted your whole day by sleeping.
The only way to get out of depression is by sheer force of will.

Apart from the good advice given above, i'd say seek help from a professional.
